Start Your AI Transformation with Microsoft Viva

AI is no longer just about the tools you use. With solutions like Copilot, it’s clear that technology is only one side of the equation. Real transformation also depends on people, habits, and how work gets done. In other words, AI adoption is just as much about culture as it is about software.

That’s where Microsoft Viva comes in. To help organizations go beyond deployment and truly embed Copilot into everyday work, Microsoft is adding new Viva-powered experiences that support both data-driven decisions and people-centered change.

The Copilot Dashboard is now available to all customers

The new Copilot Dashboard is accessible through Viva Insights and gives leaders a clear view of how Copilot is being used across the organization.

It shows adoption patterns, usage by departments or roles, and even compares users with non-users to highlight areas of opportunity.

The best part is that it’s available at no extra cost to all Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers—no additional Viva license needed.

AI success depends on people, not just data

Rolling out AI tools is only half the job. Making sure employees actually know how to use them, and feel supported while doing so, is the other half.

Viva helps bridge this gap by offering internal learning, communication, and engagement tools that make Copilot part of the daily flow of work—not just something that exists in theory.

Copilot Academy is launching for everyone

Within Viva Learning, the new Copilot Academy offers guided learning paths created by Microsoft experts.

These include both general AI skills like prompt writing, and hands-on Copilot tips like “How to summarize email threads in Outlook.”

Admins don’t need to configure anything. It works out of the box, and everyone in your organization can access it with a Copilot license.

Spread the word with Viva Amplify

Good tools need good communication. Viva Amplify helps internal teams launch Copilot awareness campaigns using pre-built templates, videos, and guides.

The new Copilot Deployment Kit makes this even easier. Communications teams or early champions can roll out clear, engaging messages across Teams, SharePoint, email, and more.

You’ll also get detailed engagement analytics to see what’s working—and what’s not.

Grow internal momentum with Copilot communities

People are more likely to try something when they see others doing it. Viva Engage enables leaders and Copilot champions to share best practices and insights with the entire organization.

Soon, you’ll be able to create a Copilot community with a single click, complete with onboarding steps, conversation starters, and content tailored to your company’s Copilot usage.

And thanks to tools like Answers in Viva and the new Intelligent Importer, common questions can be turned into searchable, reusable knowledge.

True transformation is more than rollout—it’s reinforcement

Microsoft Viva helps make sure that Copilot doesn’t just get deployed, it gets adopted.

If you’re serious about making AI part of your long-term workflow, Viva provides the structure, tools, and cultural momentum to make it happen.
